What is the Alerts extension?
An introduction to alerts and the Alerts extension, one place for your team to see and work on the alerts about your data
The Alerts screen
Filters, figures, the list of alerts and the details of one alert, including the dataset delivery behind a dataset alert
Working with alerts
Raise, comment on, hand over, change the priority of, close and reopen alerts in the portal, and what you can do on shared alerts
Root causes
How an alert raised by a failed data load becomes the root cause, and how late data, failed curves and failed exports caused by it are recorded on it instead of raising alerts of their own
